What’d White U.S. Soldiers think of Mixed Race Units? (WW2)

During the last months of the War in Europe, the U.S. Army gave 11 divisions platoons of Black soldiers. After they interviewed white officers and NCOs in 7 of those divisions across 24 rifle companies. The results were pretty significant.
