The following are Ukrainian military texts on general tactics that I have found over time. By re-uploading I am not commenting on whether they are relevent to the current conflict (although I assume that officers who were in pre-2022 are aware of their contents). All documents are in the original Ukrainian.

The 2004 organizational document is entirely charts and equipment lists for Mechanized and Tank Battalions from the period.

The 2008, 2016, and 2018 textbooks include organizational tables and equipment lists for Mechanized and Tank Battalions (although some of the finer details are a little outdated), but they are mostly text. These are generally textbooks made with military cadets/students are Ukrainian universities in mind.

The 2022 Javelin manual was made by the Research Center of Missile Troops and Artillery for issue to basically anyone who might have to use it, including military personnel, police, internal troops and high schoolers (based on the inside cover). More capable anti-tank systems (e.g. Javelin, Stuhna, MT-12 Rapira) are under the artillery branch so the artillery branch writes the doctrine.
