U.S. Army Regimental Pathfinder Team (D-Day)

Check out our new article on the U.S. Army Regimental Pathfinder Teams on D-Day. These were small ad hoc teams that were formed to mark drop zones and landing zones ahead of a main airborne force using lights and Eureka radio transponders. Each battalion had 1 team to mark its own drop zone within larger regimental drop zones.
