The U.S Army’s New Ultralight Jungle Scouts

The 25th Infantry Division is testing a new ultralight motorized scout concept optimized for their jungle mission, and I got info on it from the platoon testing it (3rd Platoon, Troop B, 3-4 Cavalry, 3rd IBCT, 25th Infantry Division). They used Polaris DAGOR and MRZR light vehicles to bridge the gap between heavier light vehicles, like the Humvee, and dismounted scouts to pass complex terrain in a more timely manner.
